Creating an Account. To use Atlas hosting, you need to create an account. Keep your login details safe, as you’re responsible for anything done under your account. We can change or delete your username if we find it inappropriate.
What You Can’t Do. Using our service for adult content or any +18 activities is not allowed. You also can’t try to bypass security measures or hack into our systems, which includes unauthorized access or DDoS attacks.
Responsible Usage. If you use more resources than allocated, we may suspend your service until the issue is fixed. Frequent overuse could lead to permanent termination to protect all our customers.
Data Storage. We’ll store certain data you provide to help manage the website, but we don’t perform regular backups. You’re responsible for your data, and we’re not liable for any loss or damage.
Technical Support Limitations. We aren’t responsible for issues related to game mods or scripts (like for MTA, SAMP, FIVEM, CS, or Minecraft). Any problems with gameplay or server performance are on you.
No Refunds. Once you’ve paid for a service and received it, we don’t offer refunds.
